Excited to announce that our Holiday BootCamp has already started as promised.
During Day1, and 2, we had a great time with the students as our guest trainer Thulile Khanyile
drilled our students on Design thinking.
These students spent over 4 hours daily learning and practising the art of critical thinking, problem-solving, ideation, empathy mapping, and much more.
Building the minds of the students to be problem solvers and solution-oriented will help them throughout their learning process and most especially when building projects.
With a week already under our belt, the participants are diving headfirst into the world of web development, gaining invaluable knowledge, and honing their coding skills.
The program, which spans several weeks, is designed to provide aspiring female developers with a comprehensive understanding of web development principles, hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies, and mentorship from our seasoned professionals.
The first week of the bootcamp has been nothing short of exceptional. The participants have been immersed in a stimulating and supportive learning environment, filled with engaging lectures, interactive workshops, and collaborative projects. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and more.
Our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment is evident in the bootcamp. By creating a space where women can feel empowered and confident in their abilities, they are breaking down barriers and paving the way for a more diverse and inclusive tech industry.
Our goal is to ensure that at the end of their training, they won’t just be skilled developers but be able to utilize these skills to come up with relevant tech solutions that address the needs of our society.
The future looks bright for these talented women, and their journey is just getting started!
